Getting there
The service gate, not the hotel entrance
The quickest drop-off for crew with bags is the marina’s service gate, not the hotel forecourt. Tell us the pontoon and whether the marina has authorised the vehicle, and the driver goes straight there.
Guests staying at the hotel and joining a yacht at the marina can be collected at the hotel and dropped at the gate: it is a short transfer, booked like any other.

Can the driver take us onto the pontoon at Marina Vela?
Only where the marina allows vehicles. Otherwise the driver stops at the gate or the reception, which is usually a short walk from the pontoons. Tell us the pontoon and we agree the closest point with you.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You see it in the price box before you book and it does not change with traffic. Late night and early morning transfers cost what you see when you book.
Can you take a whole crew with their bags?
